One discipline we know in depth — technical inspection of buildings and structures
A single focus in which we know every detail: assessing the technical condition of building structures and the load-bearing elements of a building's frame. The result is an official engineering report that forms the basis for decisions on the property.
We inspect properties in Almaty and throughout Kazakhstan: cracks and deformations, load-bearing walls, seismic resistance, condition after construction and before major repair. Reports are prepared to the building codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan and are accepted for approvals by GASK (State Architectural & Construction Control), the akimat (city administration) and state expert review (Gosexpertiza). We work with commercial properties and buildings owned by organisations; we do not inspect private houses or apartments and do not perform assessments for court disputes.
